How can I return products?
We want you to be 100% satisfied when shopping with us. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with the exception of on-sale items (these items are marked accordingly in the description and cannot be returned). Clothing must be unwashed and unworn, and other items must be in the same condition you received them in. You need to cover the shipping cost to our manufacturer.
Missed the return period by a couple of days? Don’t worry! Just reach out to us and we’ll deal with it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow us 2-5 business days for your refund to appear.
